Open to any organisation to enter for free, the awards will be based on culture scores achieved in The Workability Index – a standardised, culture assessment that measures performance across 10 dimensions of culture performance. As an independent index, TWI gives organisations across all sectors the chance to benchmark their culture performance against a the public index. Increasingly used to improve risk governance and to differentiate in markets, TWI is a new standard for culture reporting.
“We see many companies connecting culture performance to risk management and reaping the benefits” said Earl Eddings, our Managing Director. “This is a unique opportunity for those performing well to be publicly recognised in a national awards program based on index scores”.
The Workability Index (TWI) will open their digital culture platform for a limited time to any organisation that registers before 31 December 2020. With staff accessing the TWI platform via their unique emailed link, scores are generated by the way their staff rate a series of statements about different areas of their company spanning behaviours, communication and leadership.
“We know many organisations are actually doing great things to lead their people through complex times” said Sunil Vohra, Co-Founder of The Workability Index. “But evidencing it to the market is not easy with low trust of self-generated announcements. These awards give any organisation an independent and standardised result, so winners will have a more credible way to talk to their markets about their performance culture.”
“At a time where much of the culture narrative is focussed on companies getting it really wrong, we want to provide independent recognition to those across many sectors who are getting it right. Companies big and small, as well as not for profits all have the chance to perform well in the index and become awards winners.”
The Riskcom Workability Index Awards will be awarded across 15 categories:
- Overall – TWI Index Winner 2020
- TWI Award – Large Organisation; TWI Award – Mid Sized Organisation; TWI Award – Small Organisation; TWI Award – Not for Profit
